Communication skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams, explaining complex concepts clearly. Project Management Skills: Ability to manage project timelines, deliverables, and risks within an implementation project. Career Level - IC3 Responsibilities Solution Design: Develop functional specifications, including configuration workbooks, to document system setup and design, clearly outlining the implementation approach. Testing and Quality Assurance: Execute thorough system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to identify and resolve issues before deployment.
