    Senior Manager, M&A Change Management As a Senior Manager in the Corporate Development team (M&A practice) at Cognizant, you will drive successful change initiatives for our acquired entities, ensuring smooth and effective implementation to achieve lasting benefits. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of change management principles. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective and sustainable outcomes, though a structured change management approach with a focus on the people side of change - including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. Play a key role in harmonization and integration efforts, meeting objectives on schedule. Drive timely change adoption and proficiency in the changes that impact associates in the organization to increase benefit realization and value. Focus on engagement of associates in the acquired entities, contributing to a smooth transition and sense of belonging in Cognizant. Help to communicate the value of acquired entities to wider Cognizant audiences. Key Responsibilities The key responsibilities of a Senior Manager in the M&A practice: Lead change management activities in harmonization/integration environments. Develop and implement change management strategies and plans. Conduct detailed change impact analysis and assess cutover readiness. Lead communications and engagement efforts: Lead the design, development, delivery and management of communications and stakeholder engagement plans. Support end-to-end training plan and approach, while ensuring consistency and quality across training experiences. Define and measure success metrics and monitor the change process. Monitor and report on progress, addressing issues and organizational risks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to derive results. Evaluate the success of change initiatives and recommend improvements. To apply for this Senior Manager role, your skills, expertise and experience should include: Minimum five years experience in structured change management across multiple industries Experience with large-scale organizational change and transformation programs Familiarity with change management activities in the M&A context Ability to rapidly understand organizational cultures and analyze challenges Ability to identify and manage anticipated resistance from key stakeholders Exceptional written and spoken communication and active listening skills Capacity to work across global, cross-functional teams Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
