The Practice A Brief Sketch The Strategy & Consulting Global Network Song practice is aligned to the Global Network Song Practice of Accenture and works with clients across their marketing, sales and services functions. As part of the team, you will provide transformation services driven by key offerings like Marketing, Sales and Service, Commerce. These services help our clients become living businesses by optimizing their marketing, sales and customer service strategy, thereby driving cost reduction, revenue enhancement, customer satisfaction and impacting business metrics in a positive manner Key Responsibilities: Design innovative campaign strategies and marketing plans across channels using Braze. Gather business requirements and design processes and solutions for Braze implementation. Set up marketing journeys, programs, and campaigns within the Braze platform. Conduct assessments for Braze capability evaluations, define target operating models, and develop marketing use cases and business cases. Collaborate with clients to ensure seamless Braze implementation and adoption of new tools and processes. Lead assessments of marketing processes and technologies, defining KPIs, solutions, and vendor evaluations for Braze and related Martech tools. Contribute to thought leadership and business development in the campaign management and digital advertising space. Preferred Skills: Configure, test, and deploy marketing workflows in Braze and related platforms. Follow proven methodologies and best practices to enable clients to meet business objectives using Braze. Provide post-go-live consulting, ensuring smooth adoption and optimization of Braze implementations. Share best practices on solution delivery and positioning for maximizing campaign outcomes.
