About the Role
Service Advisor is responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting with vehicle service needs, managing work orders, coordinating with service technicians, and ensuring timely, high-quality service delivery.

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Roles and responsibilities:


-Greet customers, assess vehicle service needs, and provide service estimates.
-Create work orders and ensure smooth communication between customers and technicians.
-Schedule service appointments and manage service calendars.
-Oversee parts inventory and assist in sourcing required parts.
-Prepare invoices, explain charges, and process payments.
-Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and future service needs

Skills:


• Bachelors degree in mechanical or related field
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong communication skills
• Previous experience in automotive service or customer service
