Key Responsibilities Data Engineering & Architecture : Design and implement scalable, high-performance data pipelines on AWS. Optimize ETL/ELT processes using AWS Glue, Apache Spark, EMR, and Lambda. Build and maintain data lakes and warehouses (Redshift, Snowflake). Ensure data governance, security, and compliance best practices. Technical Leadership Lead a team of data engineers in designing and deploying data solutions. Set best practices for code quality, CI/CD, and automation. Conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and drive upskilling initiatives. Must-Have What We're Looking For : 7+ years of experience in data engineering. Expertise in AWS data services (Glue, S3, Redshift/Snowflake, Lambda, EMR). Strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, Apache Spark, and Airflow. Solid understanding of ETL/ELT, data modeling, and warehousing best practices. Experience with Kafka/Kinesis for real-time streaming. Prior experience in fintechs, specifically in credit cards/lending. Preferred Skills Certification in big data technologies. Experience with Hadoop, Hive, and open-source big data tools.
