Job Description/Profile Description
Someone who has worked in a sales role
- Must have managed a team of sales people (team head managed a team of more than 3)
- Must have had sales targets to achieve
- Must be proficient in writing proposals in clear English
- Must be comfortable with dealing with senior clients
Responsibilities:
- Work with the sales team set targets for them and help them achieve it
- Daily monitoring of the sales team
- Monitoring of the branch team see if the operations are done as per the process
- Daily Observed to Check of Sales team Customer Visiting DSRs in Tab and Randomly Calling to Customers.
- Monitoring Branch to Follow Operation Activities.
- Leading & motivating to Staff members and actively participating in their works
- Monitoring MIS Reports Send To H.O Daily Basis And Also Cross Checking
- Maintain Good Relationship With CBM & CCM &SCH & SBH & Branch Staff.
- Maintaining All Files
- Actively participating in sales meeting & motivating to the team members
Qualification Graduation and more
