SQL DBA Job Title: SQL Server Administrator Location: PAN India Experience: 6-8 Years Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced SQL Server Administrator to manage and maintain our SQL Server databases. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SQL Server database administration, backup and recovery, performance tuning, and security management. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent problem-solving skills to ensure optimal performance and reliability of our database systems. Shift Timings: US shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM) Working for US client Key Responsibilities Database Management: Administer and maintain SQL Server databases, including creating, configuring, and upgrading database instances. Performance Tuning: Monitor and optimize database performance, ensuring high availability and responsiveness of the database. Backup and Recovery: Implement and manage database backup and recovery procedures to protect data integrity and availability. Security Management: Ensure database security by implementing access controls, encryption, and monitoring for potential vulnerabilities. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve database-related issues, collaborating with developers and IT teams as necessary. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of database configurations, processes, and procedures. Capacity Planning: Analyze database growth trends and plan for future capacity needs. Compliance: Ensure databases adhere to regulatory and company standards for data protection and security.,
