- ROLE OVERVIEW: As a Demand Planning Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Demand and Forecasting product engine. You will collaborate with a talented team to define the product roadmap, manage the product lifecycle, and represent our forecasting capabilities both internally and externally. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Product Strategy: Drive the strategic direction of our forecasting capabilities, working closely with product leadership and cross-functional teams. Product Lifecycle & Roadmap Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing maintenance, aligning it with business objectives and customer needs. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with development, implementation, training, sales, and support teams to ensure product success. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and customer requirements. Product Positioning: Develop and communicate compelling product positioning and messaging. Agile Methodology: Work in an agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. EXPERIENCE: Mandatory to have- Experience building or leveraging forecasting models and/or utilization of data platforms for forecasting applications. Experience in understanding the science behind Demand Forecasting Interest in learning and developing new functional and technical skills In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology Working knowledge of product development architecture Working knowledge of data model and using SQL Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles Excellent oral and written communication Project planning and management Strong attention to detail Strong analytical skills Ability to communicate well with co-workers Experience with Atlassian suite of products a plus Experience in Supply Chain Planning or Inventory Management for Distributors, Retailers and/or Manufacturers past management of Demand Planning, Replenishment, S&OP and/or Supply Planning a plus DESIRED BEHAVIORS: Analytical ability to make data-driven recommendations, and understand analysis to answer business questions and challenges. Understand QA process and effective testing of enterprise software. Is flexible and receptive to change seeks and adopts improved approaches and processes. Technically proficient knows role and has a solid familiarity with tasks and responsibilities. Understands UI/UX design and database structures, can run SQL queries. Have worked extensively with mockup tools such as Moqups, Figma, Balsamiq etc. Takes responsibility for own learning - knows personal strengths and recognizes development needs. Is open to feedback and always seeks to learn. Communicates ideas strong facilitation and written communication, proposes a way forward. Listens to the views of colleagues and takes in diverse perspectives. Able to present at industry conferences and communicate product value to analysts. Works collaboratively shares information, fosters teamwork and contributes to a positive work environment where people want to come to work. Displays ethical character and competence - acts with integrity and intent, is accountable for own actions, and behaves according to Blue Ridge core values. Act as a good citizen of Blue Ridge SOFT SKILLS Excellent communication, Flexible attitude and should be able to technically lead the product team which being fully hands-on. EXPERIENCE Minimum 5+ yrs of experience and 3+yrs of Product Management and/or Supply Chain Software Implementation experience EDUCATION: Preferable having Bachelors degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, industrial engineering, computer science, or similar (Masters a plus) EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full-time, Hybrid Work Mode - 3 days work from office LOCATION ICC Trade Tower, Shivaji Nagar, Pune.,
