Job Description

Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Location : Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Chennai

Experience (Years):

  • Proven experience of min. 10+ years in sales, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role in the DSA channel.

Job Role & Responsibilities:Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Execution Planning
    • The candidate would be responsible for building this channel from scratch, training, performance management, and overall P&L.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for the DSA channel.
    • Identifying new initiatives to grow the channel and implementing them on the ground.
  • Execution
    • Conduct sales promotion activities in the open market through camps, events, various other activities etc.
    • Owning and forming channel strategy, schemes, payout mechanisms, and IT/tech interventions required.
    • Monitor and analyse sales data, and improve sales performance through interventions like training, incentive programs, etc. to meet and exceed our monthly sales targets.
  • Team Leadership and Management
    • Build a high-performing team culture and manage the DSA sales team, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluation with a focus on results and customer satisfaction.
    • Resolve conflicts, negotiate terms, and ensure adherence to company policies by DSAs.
  • Market Analysis and Business Development
    • Identify and tap into new opportunities in the market, expanding your network of partners and ensuring consistent business growth.
    • Develop innovative strategies to penetrate new markets and increase market share.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure all DSA operations comply with regulatory and organizational standards.
    • Monitor and mitigate risks associated with DSA-led business.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams
    • Work closely with marketing, operations, tech, brand, category, finance teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
    • Provide feedback to product teams to align offerings with market needs.
  • Strong understanding of the retail/ loyalty products, retail service products like Cards, Insurance, Telecom, exposure to FMCG distribution etc.
  • Understanding of the healthcare ecosystem will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in excel

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong network within the DSA ecosystem.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
