Role & responsibilities:


As a Branch Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence within your designated region. Leveraging your strategic acumen and sales expertise, you will lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets, acquire new clients, and foster long-term relationships with existing customers. Your primary focus will be on driving subscription sales and ensuring customer satisfaction through personalized solutions and exceptional service delivery.


Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends.
  2. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, support, and ongoing coaching to maximize individual and collective performance.
  3. Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating leads, and closing sales deals with prospective clients.
  4. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and growth opportunities, utilizing insights to refine sales strategies and product offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Any graduation, and MBA/PGDM.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales leadership roles.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.
  • Willingness to travel as needed within the assigned region.
