Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced ReactJS Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-performance, scalable, and SEO-friendly web applications, as well as managing backend content using Strapis headless CMS. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ReactJS/Angular for building interactive UI components and experience with Strapi for managing content and APIs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable, interactive web applications using React.
- Collaborate with design teams to implement pixel-perfect UI/UX designs, ensuring seamless animations, responsiveness, clean and maintainable code.
- Ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability of web applications.
- Effectively manage state across components using modern state management tools (e.g., Redux, React Context).
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance and usability issues across applications.
- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in React and software development.
- Participate in the maintenance, enhancement, and development of new features as required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, designers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality products that meet business needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience with React.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
- Expertise in optimizing web applications for performance and SEO.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in the Healthcare sectors.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress, Playwright).
- Experience working in Agile environments, participating in sprints, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge about Content Management System
- Handson with Strapi.
- Work with database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL).

- Candidate should be available for face-to-face interview on Saturday, February 15th, 2025 in Bangalore If your profile is shortlisted for the Technical Round interview.
