Please find below JD for your reference:

The incumbent will be responsible for Software Installation, System Study, Implementation of S/w Product/ Solutions, Testing, Integration of S/w Product/ Solutions, Training and Trouble Shooting etc. They will be responsible for handling customer relationship.
Responsibilities:

• Act as a bridge between Client and Development/Implementation teams.
• Manages and maintain server and client configurations.
• Problem Identification and Resolution.
• Investigate the issues reported by users and provide the solution for L1 issues.
• Investigate issues reported by users and coordinate with L2 & L3 teams for resolution.
• Preventive Monitoring & Maintenance
• User acceptance testing and user Hand Holdings.

. Desired Profile:

• B.E/B. Tech./BSc(IT)/BCA -CS/ IT/ MCA, MTech or Equivalent degree with minimum 60% from a reputed institute preferred, with 1-8 years of relevant industry experience across a wide variety of development projects.
• Good knowledge of OS and Application/Web Server is must.
• Good knowledge of MSSQL or Oracle database (concepts, query writing skills), OS and application server (Jboss, weblogic or Websphere).
• Should have: Leadership abilities, self-driven, critical thinking, analytical abilities, flexibility, adaptability to work schedules, effective verbal & written communication, presentation & report generation skills, time management, self-confidence, open to changes & challenges, eye for detail, perseverance, discreetness & diplomacy, analytical thinking, sound independent decision making and teamwork.
