Sales Manager (Individual Contributor) - Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth by acquiring new clients and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Promote and cross-sell a range of financial products such as SIPs, Mutual Funds, Insurance, and Equities to meet clients investment goals.
  • Conduct one-on-one client meetings to understand their financial objectives and tailor investment solutions accordingly.
  • Achieve sales targets by generating revenue from new and existing clients.
  • Continuously engage with clients to strengthen relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on the latest market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes.

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: Graduate
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months in a sales role, preferably in BFSI, NBFC, Broking, or Banking sectors.
  • Product Knowledge: Good understanding of Equity, Insurance, Banking, SIPs, and Mutual Funds.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office tools.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • At least 6 months of experience in selling CASA, Insurance, Dmat, SIPs, or Mutual Funds.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong customer focus, with the ability to identify and address client needs effectively.
  • Experience or familiarity with the broking industry is an added advantage.
