Job Description

Review the accuracy of Monthly MIS Reporting for the Management.

Review of complete end to end activities of accounts finance (AR, AP, Weekly Cashflows and others) through all locations.

Compliance adherence to GST regulations, monthly GST data computation, and returns filling.

Compliance adherence to TDS TCS regulations, TDS and TCS computation and filling.

Monitor and control monthly expenses against budget and Variance analysis.

Overseeing end to end process of ecommerce and other SD channels.

Ensuring all statutory payments should be done on time for the group through routine review of all locations.

Responsible for Financial planning including developing budgets and business plans.

Responsible for weekly sales reporting, providing commentary for expenses, and stock.

Ageing report on stock, outstanding revenues, and credit sales.

Maintaining banking relationship effective control over working capital deployment.

Responsible for all operational activities related to Finance Account department.

Channel wise Profitability for all platforms including Segment PL.

SKU wise Cost Analysis and variance adjustments.

Managing Internal and Statutory Audits and compliance.

SOP and Process system development and monitoring and controlling.

Cashflow Management and reporting.

Receivable Management
