Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent.
PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on HVAC and cleanroom solutions.
Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industries is preferred.
Job Summary:
The Project General Manager (GM) will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of HVAC and turnkey cleanroom projects. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, HVAC systems, and cleanroom technologies. The GM will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Management:
Lead the project planning process, including defining scope, setting timelines, and allocating resources.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate and manage all aspects of project execution, including procurement, installation, commissioning, and validation.
Team Leadership:
Manage a team of project managers, engineers, and technicians.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the project team and with clients.
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
Ensure all projects comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Implement and maintain robust quality control processes.
Oversee the validation and commissioning of cleanroom environments.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor project progress and address any deviations from the plan.
Conduct regular project reviews and report on status to senior management.
Budget and Financial Management:
Monitor project budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
Approve expenditures and manage project costs effectively.
Provide regular financial reports and forecasts.
