Process Specialist

Position Summary

Develop existing or new content related to process training

Conduct process training for new hires

Develop refresher training modules and conduct trainings on an ongoing basis

Consolidate assessment results, analyze and monitor performance, communicate to stakeholders and mentor the trainees.

MIS/data management ensure all training related documents are maintained and updated for all batches

Support in identifying training needs and gaps on the operations floor and support with subsequent training

Support new hires during the nesting process

Required skill set

Experience into training operations

Experienced in conducting basic training need analysis

Experienced in creating training modules based on the requirements

Experience in coaching the new hires

General Skills -

Excellent verbal and written communications

Strong decision making and analytical ability

Able to negotiate, good presentation skills and Client Interfacing

Education and other requirement

Graduate

Willingness to work in Core US Shift 6:30 pm and 9 :30 pm
