Job Description

1. Performance Management System (PMS): Drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the PMS to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Drive all phases of the PMS process, including Goal Setting (KRAs and KPIs), 360 Feedback, Annual and Mid-Year Reviews, PMS Roll-out, Normalization, and Rating Calibration. Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate best practices into the PMS and ensure timely execution of the annual appraisal calendar.

2. PMS Ownership and Training: Take complete responsibility for managing all aspects of the PMS system, including configuration, review forms, templates, surveys, and reporting, ensuring seamless operation and alignment with organizational goals (experience with HRIS systems like SuccessFactors or PeopleStrong preferred). Lead training sessions and provide ongoing support to stakeholders, empowering them to utilize the system effectively and independently. Enhancements: Collaborate with IT and external vendors to identify and implement system upgrades, ensuring an intuitive and refined user experience.

3. Analytics and Reporting: Deliver actionable insights through advanced data analysis and create dashboards to assist in taking strategic decisions. Monitor trends and performance metrics to recommend data-driven interventions.

4. Rewards Communication Work with the Performance & Rewards Specialist in preparing resources for communication/discussions around guidelines for critical talent and other strategic areas. Translate the Rewards philosophy into actionable practices by restructuring, discussing, and updating rules for various elements of Rewards and Performance Management and communicating the same to the associates

5. Special Rewards Projects Champion initiatives to modernize Rewards and PMS practices, leveraging the latest industry trends and technologies. Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and elevate employee experience.
