Key Responsibilities -

1.End to End Recruitment

2..Non-IT Recruitment (Candidates who have hands on experience in Audit /Tax/ Consulting hiring)

3.Co-coordinating with candidates

4. Must have Excellent communication skills He/She must possess the following capabilities Should have good experience in end to end recruitment cycle including sourcing through portals and social media, mapping, headhunting, candidate screening, offer negotiation etc.(We are open to interview Smart hard working fresher's also who are willing to learn)

We are also open to Freelance work from home recruiters who can give there dedicated time on a fixed retainer basis)

Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills with clients, candidates, and other stakeholders.
Maturity and high emotional quotient.
Excellent communication skills and a good listener.
Driven, passionate and ambitious in life.
