Skills and Qualities Required:

Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, auditing principles, and financial regulations.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex financial data, identify issues, and provide practical solutions.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when preparing financial statements, tax returns, and audit reports.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients, regulators, and team members.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address financial challenges and provide effectiv solutions.
Ethical Judgment: Strong sense of ethics and integrity, ensuring that all work complies with laws and regulations.
