Job Description

Looking for Client Servicing Executive at Brand Saloon with required roles and responsibilities (1 year experience from a Digital Marketing Agency experience preferred) Mumbai Location (Work from office) Job description Seek, process and execute client requests and product orders. Answer queries regarding product/ services, processes and if required direct them to the account manager. Assist clients to use the products and services and keep them updated about new features launched and encourage revenue growth by inspiring clients to purchase accessories and additional services, Co-ordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfilment of products orders/services Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client that can be employed by other departments as well, Collect feedback and resolve client complaints, Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client that can be employed by other departments as well.
