Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Customer Relationship Management:
- Managed the entire customer relationship journey post-sales, ensuring the completion of all post-booking documentation and promptly addressing any arising issues.
Customer Coordination and Satisfaction:
- Provided quality coordination from the first day of interaction, liaising with relevant departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and high satisfaction levels.
Inquiry Response and Support:
- Responded to all inquiries via calls, walk-ins, emails, and chat, delivering necessary information and documents to customers, bankers, sales teams, channel partners, and vendors. This included essential documents such as allotment letters, Builder Buyer Agreements (BBA), and payment receipts.
Client Relationship Management:
- Maintained strong relationships with clients, leveraging these connections to enhance customer loyalty and maximize business opportunities.
Issue Resolution:
- Engaged in one-on-one meetings with clients to understand their concerns, ensuring that all grievances were resolved within the stipulated timeline.
Documentation Verification and Coordination:
- Verified all details in application forms and KYC documents to ensure compliance.
- Coordinated with the accounts department for invoice processing and collection updates.
Financial and Document Management:
- Generated and printed payment receipts, payment confirmations, suspense payments, and maintained bank statement records.
- Managed new bookings, entries, collections, payments, and essential documentation such as BBA & MOU, demand letters, allotment letters, PTM, TPA, and SOA.
- Handled refund queries and scheduled Builder Buyer Agreements (BBA) for registration.
Records and Reporting:
- Managed files, records, and documents to ensure organized and accessible information.
Conducted MIS reporting and data entry to maintain up-to-date records and support decision-making.
