Job Description
Position: Assistant Professor (Research) - Agricultural Biotechnology
Location: Peoples University, Bhopal, India
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct independent and collaborative research in the respective fields.
- Develop and lead research projects, secure research funding, and publish in high-impact journals.
- Mentor and guide postgraduate and Ph.D. students in their research work.
- Collaborate with academic and industry partners to advance research initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of innovative teaching methods and materials.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Ph.D. in the relevant field (Agricultural Biotechnology),M.Tech(Biotechnology) from a recognized university.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of postdoctoral research experience in relevant areas.
- A strong record of research publications in peer-reviewed journals.
- Proven experience in securing research grants and leading research projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to academic excellence and a passion for teaching and research.
