Position: Team Leader - Google AdWords
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Google AdWords, with at least 1 year in a leadership or team management role.
Work Schedule: 5 days working, night shifts
Facilities: 2-way cab facility provided
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to oversee and manage a team of Google AdWords specialists. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Google AdWords campaigns, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive team performance in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. This role involves managing virtual interviews, ensuring team productivity, and delivering exceptional results for clients.
Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Google AdWords specialists to achieve performance targets.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and one-on-one sessions to ensure team alignment and growth.
Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge of Google AdWords.
Google AdWords Expertise:
Oversee the creation, optimization, and management of Google AdWords campaigns to ensure maximum ROI for clients.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and implement strategies to improve results.
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Google AdWords and digital advertising.
Virtual Interviews:
Conduct virtual interviews for potential candidates to build a high-performing team.
Assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
Performance Monitoring:
Track and analyze team performance metrics, including campaign performance, productivity, and quality.
Ensure the team meets or exceeds client expectations and business goals.
Reporting and Communication:
Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, campaign results, and key metrics to senior management.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders regarding campaign performance and team deliverables.
Process Improvement:
Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Proven experience in managing Google AdWords campaigns, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
Experience in conducting virtual interviews and managing remote teams is a plus.
Ability to work in night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
