Role & responsibilities
1. Triage issues raised by the users
2. Replicate the user facing issues & escalate the issue to L2 level
3. Troubleshoot the issue using SQL queries and find the root cause of the issue
4. Take regular process updates from the L2 level
5. Daily updates to the lead on inflow patterns & Issues raised by users.
Preferred candidate profile
1. 1-5 years of experience coding with SQL Scripting in any programming language along with customer support experience(must have).
2. Bachelors degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, Math or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience(must have).
3. Strong SQL skills are 'must have'
4. Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies
5. Ability to work individually and as part of a team Meticulous attention to detail
6. Experience in digital advertising, customer management, Project management skills, Stakeholder management skills
7. Demonstrated operational abilities. Ability to drive impact in a fast-paced environment while maintaining careful attention to detail.
8. Effective communication skills, with the ability to provide updates to senior executive leadership.
9. Delivery-focused mindset, with the drive to solve complex problems through analytics and structured root cause problem-solving
10. Demonstrated motivation and interest in making tools that work seamlessly for our sales representatives.
11. Prior AdWords experience would be an advantage.
