Replicate the user facing issue & escalate the issue to L2 level when required
Troubleshoot the query comparing the Google Ads front end with back-end data
Take regular process updates from the L2 level
Daily updates to the lead on inflow patterns & Issues raised by users
Preferred candidate profile
Need immediate joiner's with 1-4 years of experience in Customer Support/ Sales with 6 months - 1 year experience in Google Ads as a seller/ Google Ads Support Executive
Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear expression (Written & Verbal), clear comprehension
Logical thinking ability to analyse data to make informed decisions
Ability to build rapport and resolve customer issues efficiently
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, providing a strong foundation in problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to learn quickly, comprehend, and work on seller queries
Blend of experience in digital advertising, customer management, and Google ads campaign management/ optimization
Foster collaboration and alignment with key stakeholders at all levels
Proven ability to deliver results in a dynamic environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
Clearly communicates progress and insights to team management
Driven to develop and optimize tools that empower process improvement.
