Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support Internal Committee in managing sensitive employee situations and to review instances of employee sexual misconduct, including investigations.
• Support and coordinate the Internal Committee to ensure adherence to timelines
• Assist the organization in maintaining legal compliance.
• Assist in policy review and development across geos.
• Coordinate with external agencies to curate employee awareness programs.
• Ensure comprehensive understanding and compliance with the POSH Act among employees & deliver engaging and impactful training sessions.
• Create and curate POSH-related initiatives and campaigns

Requirement

• Bachelors degree in human resources, business, finance, or related field.
• Creative thinking, Storytelling & Written Communication
• Strong MS Excel skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
