Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Mumbai (western Line) & Thane

Company: Manufacturing Corporate Office

Job Summary:


The HR Executive will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and a passion for supporting employees and enhancing organizational effectiveness.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Recruitment and Staffing:
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.

  • Employee Relations:
    • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances.
    • Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.

  • Performance Management:
    • Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
    • Support managers in performance evaluations and employee development plans.

  • Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees.
    • Promote continuous learning and professional development initiatives.

  • Compliance and Policy Management:
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
    • Maintain and update employee handbooks and HR policies.

  • HR Administration:
    • Manage employee records, benefits administration, and payroll processing.
    • Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 06 Months to 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
