Job Description
The Graphic Design Specialist is a full-time position within the marketing department of The Judge Group, working directly with the Director, Content Development & Distribution. This position is responsible for the creative vision, design and layout of all branded Services materials both internal and external. Additional responsibilities are laid out below.
Primary Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Assure brand consistency across all Services marketing materials for all marketing channels both internal and external.
- Coordinate the design, editing, and updating of both internal/external Services marketing collateral including advertisements, brochures, promotional flyers, trade show signage, social invitations, sponsorship artwork, and digital & web asset
- Prepare printed Service materials for production and work with vendors to ensure accuracy and approve proofs for corporate and branch office requirements.
- Ensure proper brand exposure at events sponsored by Judge focused on Services.
- Source and procure images for Services marketing materials, online properties, and communications considering brand identity, consistency, professionalism, and budgeting.
- Work with Content Development and Distribution Manager on Storytelling and strategic vision for all Judge designed Service elements (website, social, case studies, PPT decks, etc.)
- Assist with other projects beyond services when needed; serve as a point of contact for internal Judge departments on other key projects.

Experience Requirements:
- Excellent graphic design skills using Adobe Suite, Canva and other design and layout programs
- Ability to excel in individual as well as team projects/assignments
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
- Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to interface with employees at all levels within the organization
- Ability to handle many time-sensitive projects across multiple divisions
- Ability to occasionally work outside normal business hours
- 4-year college degree in graphic design, advertising, business, communications, or related field
- Self-starter, creative thinker, multi-tasking
- Must be able to work both individually and as part of a growing team
- Prior B2B marketing as well as advanced graphic design experience (i.e., Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) is preferred
Goals:
- Complete Canva Design School
- Complete Adobe Suite Refresher
- Website redesign: Serve as creative project lead: provide mood boards, advise on creative direction, procure and source photos and graphics, implement strategic vision.
