About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Intern/Recruiter to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates from various job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidate suitability.
Engage with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a smooth experience.
Maintain recruitment databases and prepare reports on hiring metrics.
Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Enthusiastic and eager to learn recruitment processes.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn is a plus.
