SUMMARY Job Description - Knowledge Management TL ( 5 + years)
St rong technical writing, design, and user experience skills
o Technical Documentation: Demonstrated ability to write clear, concise technical
documentation, including user manuals, release notes, and troubleshooting
guides. This involves breaking down complex technical concepts into easy-to -
understand language for various audiences.
o Instructional Design: Experience in designing instructional materials such as
online courses, tutorials, and training modules. This includes structuring content
in a logical sequence, incorporating interactive elements, and using multimedia to
enhance learning experiences.
o UX/UI Design Principles: Proficiency in UX/UI design principles and best
practices, including wireframing, prototyping, and user testing. This involves
creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that prioritize user needs and
enhance usability.
o Information Architecture: Ability to organize and structure content effectively to
improve findability and navigation within digital products or platforms. This
includes creating sitemaps, taxonomies, and navigation systems that support
intuitive user journeys.
C reative problem - solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to think strategically and
act tactically
o Problem - Solving Skills: Strong problem - solving skills to overcome challenges
and obstacles that may arise during task management and project execution.
This involves identifying issues, brainstorming solutions, and implementing
effective strategies to resolve them.
