Recruiter / Sourcer, Whitefield - Bangalore
Job Description:** Conduent is seeking an experienced **Non-IT Recruiter/Sourcer**This position is ideal for someone with a proven track record in **bulk hiring for customer support roles**. You will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting high volumes of talent to meet the customer support staffing needs of our organization. **Key Responsibilities:**
3 - 10 yrears of experience in end to end recruitment
Education - Graduates only - Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for large-scale customer support positions (call center, help desk, etc.). - Manage the recruitment process end-to-end, from posting job ads to scheduling interviews and managing candidate offers. - Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific customer support role requirements and deliver qualified candidates. - Maintain and update recruitment pipelines and track candidate status in the ATS. - Conduct initial phone screens, interview scheduling, and provide regular updates to hiring managers. - Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. **Key Requirements:** - Proven experience in bulk hiring for customer support or similar non-IT roles. - Strong ability to source and recruit high volumes of candidates in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet hiring targets. - Strong organizational and time-management skills.
