Role & responsibilities
Proven 8+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing modern and innovative designs.
Specialized UI/UX Design Courses or Certifications
Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) Courses
Minimum: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, interaction design, visual communication, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript can be beneficial.
Master's Degree in Interaction Design or UX/UI Design, a plus
Wireframing and Prototyping: Proficiency in using design tools like Figma (certified level), Mira, or other prototyping tools to create wireframes and interactive prototypes
Effective communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
Skill in designing interactive elements and transitions that enhance the overall user experience.
Visual Design Skills: Strong aesthetic sensibility, including a good understanding of color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy to create visually appealing designs
