Job Description

Job Description We are seeking a Sr. Quality Analyst with extensive experience in testing high-performance, scalable, enterprise-grade applications. You will be a key member of a talented software team working on mission-critical applications, ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. Skills & Responsibilities Experience & Knowledge : Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience with a strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). Minimum of 2+ years of experience in automation testing (automation is a must). Basic knowledge of software architecture and associated testing activities. Bug Management Proficient in understanding the bug life cycle and effectively tracking reported issues until resolution. Test Execution & Reporting Execute test cases, analyze the results, and report findings to the relevant teams. Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test cases. Testing Activities Actively participate in functional, system, regression, and end-to-end testing activities. Work closely with the development team to analyze, debug, and resolve issues promptly. Lifecycle Contribution Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, ensuring design compliance with specifications. Prepare and produce detailed test results for software components. Communication & Collaboration Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across organizational boundaries and multiple geographies. Work Ethic & Flexibility A flexible, team-oriented, "get-it-done" personality with the ability to work independently. Capable of organizing and planning work efficiently, multitasking, and context-switching between different activities and teams. Additional Skills Experience with financial derivatives products is a strong advantage. Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
