Job Description

Role Overview As a Software Test Engineer (Workflow & BPM), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our workflow and business process management (BPM) solutions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing test cases to identify defects and validate the functionality of our products. Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases for workflow and BPM features, including process modeling, task automation, and integration with other systems. Collaborate with development teams to understand product requirements and design specifications. Identify and report defects using bug tracking tools. Work closely with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on quality and maintainability. Stay up-to-date with the latest testing methodologies and tools. Requirements 1+ years of experience in software testing, preferably in workflow or BPM systems. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and techniques. Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter). Knowledge of SQL and database testing. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Agile development methodologies. Knowledge of workflow and BPM concepts. Experience with performance testing and load testing. Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB).
