Inviting applications for the role of Vice President Director of Business Intelligence! We are seeking a seasoned Director of Business Intelligence and Data Visualization to lead the development and implementation of our business intelligence strategy. The successful candidate will have experience in designing and implementing large-scale BI solutions, with a strong focus on Power BI, Tableau, and other BI technologies. The Director will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, develop BI solutions, and ensure data quality and governance. Responsibilities Develop BI Strategy: Develop and execute a business intelligence strategy that aligns with business objectives . Thought Leadership: Provide thought leadership on business intelligence and data visualization, staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies. IT Leadership: Collaborate with IT leaders to ensure BI solutions align with IT strategy and architecture. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to execute business objectives Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives to ensure successful adoption of BI solution. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with BI vendors, build alliances and partnerships internal or external to organization Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Manage budget and resources for BI team. Lead BI Team: Lead a team of BI developers, analysts, and data scientists to design and implement BI solutions. Minimum Qualifications Qualifications we seek in you: 1 . experience in business intelligence, data visualization, and IT leadership, with a focus on Power BI, Tableau, and other BI technologies. Bachelor's degree: in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Strong technical skills: in Power BI, Tableau, data governance, business analytics, and IT leadership. Leadership experience: in leading teams of BI developers, analysts, and data scientists. 5. Excellent communication skills: in working with stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure BI solutions meet their needs. Strong problem-solving skills: in designing and implementing BI solutions that meet business requirements. Preferred Qualifications/ Skills Master's degree: in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Certifications: in Power BI, Tableau, or other BI technologies. Experience with cloud-based BI solutions: such as Power BI, Tableau Online, or Google Data Studio. Experience with data science tools: such as Python, R, or SQL.
