Role & responsibilities

• Experience in Business Analyst in Life Insurance domain with 4 to 6 Yrs, (Policy Administration & Servicing)
• Ability to interact with the business of a particular domain, Experience on Workflow/Policy Admin System particularly on Renewals, Payouts, and Policy Servicing related projects.
• Ability to transfer the requirements to the technical team and test the deliverables
• Give suggestions for improvement of the process/systems etc a value add.
• Strong communication skills
