Job Description
Basic Qualifications:
- Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent
- Experience : 1-5 years of relevant work experience in accounting, GST,PF and ESIC returns
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Technical Skills:
- Should be experienced in US Accounting, with proficiency in QuickBooks as a mandatory requirement.
- Strong knowledge of GST regulations and filing procedures.
- Advanced knowledge of financial reporting and taxation laws, Accounting, Inventory Management, Ms Office, Accounting & Taxation, Purchase & Procurement, GST Return
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Accounting & Financial Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including handling day-to-day accounting functions such as invoicing, payments, and reconciliation of bank statements.
- GST Filing & Compliance: Prepare and submit GST returns on time, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax regulations.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process supplier payments and manage receivables, ensuring timely collections.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Audit Support: Provide necessary documentation and support during internal and external audits.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and financial regulations.
