Job Description
- As a Sr. Manager Project Management, you will be part of an agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.
- Ensuring the successful delivery of a portfolio of US healthcare insurance IT projects such as Claims Administration Platform Implementation, Provider Data Management, Care Management Application Implementation, etc.
- Building an outstanding client relationship and ensuring on-time, on-budget projects that align with project plans and company objectives.
- Leading and directly managing a team of client resources in the delivery of project-based activities.
- Providing estimates, document/review SOWs, and project documentation in support of on-going client needs and new opportunities.
- Maintaining direct control over project planning. Must be able to set up measures to build the proper foundation that will be a stepping-stone to project success.
- Playing a key role in the client relationship management and handle a wide range of communication and escalations that demand a high degree of diplomacy, discretion, insight and judgment.
Education
- Graduate/ Engineering Degree - BE, BTech, BCS. Science (IT), Diploma and MCA, BCA. Technical Certification in multiple technologies is desirable
Required Skills (Mandatory Skills)
- Proven ability to manage a team of technical and business resources, responsible for gathering requirements, design, configuration, development, QA, UAT and Go Live.
- Strong experience in using project management methodologies.
- Demonstrated excellence and proven experience in developing project plans and managing project stakeholders, project teams, risks, schedules and budgets.
- Experience working in Agile model.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience of working with healthcare applications will be an added advantage.
