The successful candidate will contribute to cutting-edge projects focused on the synthesis, modification, and application of nucleic acids. This role requires a deep understanding of nucleic acid chemistry and its applications in diagnostics. Key Responsibilities: Design and synthesize novel nucleic acid analogs and conjugates. Develop and optimize protocols for the modification of Oligonucleotides. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance nucleic acid-based technologies. Analyze and interpret experimental data, presenting findings to the team and stakeholders. Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory records and documentation. Stay current with the latest scientific literature and technological advancements in nucleic acid chemistry. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements. Preferred Qualifications: M. Sc. in Organic Chemistry, or a related field with a focus on Synthetic Nucleic Acid Chemistry. Proven experience in the synthesis and modification of nucleic acids is an added . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in modern analytical techniques (e.g., HPLC, NMR, mass spectrometry). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
