As a Network Engineer, the chosen candidate will be wearing many hats (not literally, of course). Theyll be responsible for:
Taking the lead on the ACI infrastructure within our core data centers.
Collaborating with the team to design and implement innovative solutions to modernize our data center networks.
Ensuring the smooth operation of Cisco Nexus OS and handling any challenges that may arise.
Leveraging their years of experience in Cisco routing and switching to keep our networks optimized and secure.
Providing expert guidance and support to the team, ensuring everyone stays on the same page.
Skills
Must have
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
4+ years experience troubleshooting and maintaining application delivery controllers (load balancers)
4+ years experience troubleshooting and maintaining other network appliances (switches, routers, firewalls, proxies, etc)
3+ years experience automating network infrastructure tasks
Advanced knowledge of HTTP, SSL/TLS, DNS, switching and routing, and mitigating OWASP top 10 security threats
2+ years supporting cloud-native applications in Azure, GCP, or AWS
Nice to have
2+ years supporting cloud-native applications in Azure, GCP, or AWS
