Skills Required:

Mandatory Skills

• Graduate from a reputed university with good academic record
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Must have 7 years of experience in Software Testing
• Designing and implementing performance test strategies in agile environment
• Ability to write the SQL queries to extract the data for performance test scripts from the database
• Analyse the requirements, user stories and solution design documents and produce detailed test plan and test cases for Performance Testing
• Able to create performance and load scripts using LoadRunner, Jmeter and other performance testing tools
• Execute the performance test cases and document the test results
• Identifying performance issues and analysing the results and sharing the observations with the project stakeholders
• Setting up monitoring and gather the performance statistics during the test execution
• Present performance defects and findings in defect triage meeting and provide input for the remediation of performance defects
• Produce the performance test deliverables i.e., test plan, test case, and test completion report to the agreed timescale, budget, and quality

Preferred Skills :

• Must have done any international testing certification like CSTE, ISTQB etc
• Must have work in Health Insurance Domain
