Performance Tester | Immediate Joiner @ Datamatics

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to the agile development process.
• Conduct performance testing to identify bottlenecks and ensure optimal system performance.
• Utilize tools such as LoadRunner and JMeter to execute performance testing.
• Preferably, work with protocols such as HTTPS/HTTP, Citrix, RTE, and TruClient.
• Analyze performance issues using monitoring tools like AppDynamics.
• Implement and maintain performance testing scripts within CI/CD pipelines.
• Conduct performance testing on CRM and Mobile applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure performance objectives are met.
• Adapt to changing project priorities and manage conflicting schedules.
• Work effectively as an individual contributor or as part of a team, depending on project needs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in performance testing.
• Completed education in B.E/B.tech or similar courses.
• Proficiency in using LoadRunner and JMeter for performance testing.
• Hands-on experience with protocols such as HTTPS/HTTP, Citrix, RTE, and TruClient is preferred.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and cloud-based solutions.
• Experience in performance monitoring tools like AppDynamics.
• Proven experience in testing the performance of CRM and Mobile applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, large-scale, and complex environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in an agile development environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
