- POSITION SUMMARY This role is ideal for someone with a passion for working with data, solving complex problems, and creating tools that drive informed business decisions. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop, implement, and maintain advanced analytic systems to solve complex business problems. Analyse large, complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights. Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to support business decision-making. Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, analysis, and validation. Evaluate and improve data processes, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and efficiency. Gather requirements from stakeholders, translate them into technical solutions, and provide regular status updates. Perform extensive data validation, quality assurance, and build automation to proactively detect data integrity issues. Develop and maintain data models to organize and structure data for business teams. Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring alignment across systems and processes. Key Skills Good knowledge in Tableau for data visualization and reporting. Expertise in SQL for querying and managing large datasets. Experience with data validation, cleaning, and process optimization. Ability to build interactive dashboards and meaningful visualizations. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. MUST BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE Expertise in developing, implementing, and maintaining advanced analytic systems to address complex business challenges effectively. Ability to analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and deliver actionable insights that drive decision-making. Experience in building and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to support business objectives. Strong skills in writing, optimizing, and executing SQL queries for efficient data extraction, analysis, and validation. Proven ability to evaluate and improve data processes to ensure accuracy, integrity, and efficiency in data management workflows. Experience in performing extensive data validation and quality assurance, including building automation to proactively detect and resolve data integrity issues. Ability to develop and maintain data models that organize and structure data effectively for business teams. Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving data discrepancies to ensure consistency and alignment across systems and processes. Hands-on experience in building automation workflows to streamline data management and reporting tasks, enhancing operational efficiency. GOOD TO HAVE Experience in creating end to end reports on BI tools like Power BI, Tableau Proven experience in solving complex SQL queries to extract, analyse, and validate data efficiently Experience/Knowledge in reporting,
