Job Description

Scope of Role: The Finance Analytics Manager will lead the measurement and evaluation of core Finance & Analytics (F&A) operations processes, including procurement (OPEX and CAPEX), accounts receivable, sourcing and PO management, accounts payable, finance operations, financial planning & analysis, and master data maintenance (Customer/Vendor). This role is critical in ensuring timely, accurate, and actionable performance insights for business leaders, leveraging advanced data analytics and automation technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Performance Reporting & Dashboards: Provide regular, insightful updates on Finance SSC performance (Upstream and Downstream) through dashboards managed by the Performance Management Team. Ensure dashboards are updated accurately and provide actionable insights for leadership.

- Balanced Scorecards & KPIs: Design and implement balanced scorecards and KPIs for the Kolkata and Gurgaon teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.

- Performance Management & Benchmarking: Support the Shared Services Leadership Team in developing and implementing performance management methodologies, including benchmarking, KPIs, and service catalogues.

- Technology & Automation: Partner with cross-functional teams to leverage technology interventions, such as Robotics Process Automation (RPA) tools like Blue Prism and Automation Anywhere, to improve performance and efficiency.

- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders across Finance and Operations, ensuring that dashboards and performance reports meet the needs of all teams.

- Dashboard Ownership: Take full ownership of the Engagement Dashboard, Service Coverage, and Power BI/Power Apps tools. Ensure the development, maintenance, and accuracy of data across these platforms.

- Consultation & Development: Lead the consultation process for new dashboard and reporting development, including data architecture, visualization, modeling, and automation. Collaborate with teams to identify data and reporting needs.

- Ad-hoc Analysis: Provide support for ad-hoc reporting requests and contribute to future strategy development, working closely with the GBO Performance Management Manager.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Educational Background: A university or college degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Power BI, RPA tools) are a plus.

- Professional Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analytics, performance management, or data visualization, preferably in a finance or shared services environment.

- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools, including MS Excel (VBA), Power BI, Power Apps, and RPA tools (e.g., Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere). Experience in Power Query, SQL, or other data management tools is a plus.
