Hiring for Operations Manager
Domestic Banking Process
Must be working as a Manager for at least 1 Year in BPO in domestic Banking Process
Need Candidates with Experience in Banking
Tamil Language is Mandatory
Total Experience 8+ Years
CTC UPTO 14LPA

Role and Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily banking operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational processes and optimize resource utilization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
Supervise and lead a team of banking professionals, providing guidance and support.
Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the operations team.
Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) and financial expectations
Key Skills & knowledge:
Bachelors degree in finance, business, or a related field; MBA is a plus
Proven experience in banking operations with strong understanding of financial regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in banking software and a strong grasp of emerging technologies in the financial industry.
