Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in field sales to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. This role will involve engaging directly with clients in the field, identifying new sales opportunities, and contributing to the overall sales targets of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new clients through direct field sales activities (cold calling, networking, attending events, etc.).
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Present and demonstrate products/services to potential customers, effectively addressing their needs and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations.
- Negotiate contracts, close sales, and manage the entire sales cycle.
- Provide timely follow-up to customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to identify new leads and opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales or related sales experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
