To maximise the operational availability and efficiency of all Processes / Slaughtering / De-feathering, Evisceration & Packaging machinery & equipments by executing all Planned Maintenance programs.
Working with a multi skilled workforce in a Poultry / Meat or equivalent environment, good knowledge of high speed de-feathering, evisceration, and packaging machinery and the control systems. Ability to select Equipment types. Knowledge on Quality systems / HACCP/ GMP Ability to interpret Electrical Engineering Drawings Knowledge on PLC Control Knowledge on Pneumatic Control Knowledge on Steam, water, refrigeration Knowledge on Power generation experience Approachable Positive Confident Assertive.
