Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
01.Installing and maintaining all types of fire safety and security systems.
02.Surveying of sites with regard to fire safety and security systems.
03.Rectifying various technical problems with regard to fire safety and security systems.
04.To collect and maintain technical details of the products and materials.
05.Reporting to immediate supervisor regarding all types of work related matters.
06.Coordinate with site staff relating all types of work.
07.Attend to any assigned site at which there are any ongoing project activities.
08.Any other relevant work assigned by the department head.
QUALIFICATIONS
01.Certificate in Technical Engineering is preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
01.Knowledge of modern office methods and procedures, filing, telephone techniques, and office equipment, as well as English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
02.Ability to perform duties with speed and accuracy without immediate and constant supervision.
03.Ability to learn, interpret and apply ordinances and resolutions.
04.Ability to maintain a good working relationship with all co-workers and the general public and to use good judgment in recognizing scope of authority.
05.Communicate clearly in verbal and written form in English.
06.Common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form, involving several concrete variables from standardized situations.
07.Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database management, word processing, spreadsheet.
