What will your role look like

• Identify and understand customer challenges and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate them into business opportunities focusing on AI solutions.
• Implement and deploy AI solutions, apply, develop and work with different GenAI models.
• Analyze the results to extract actionable insights and recommendations.
• Work with large, complex data sets and apply advanced analytical methods as needed.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to understand the structure and characteristics of the data.
• Work with different teams to integrate solutions into business processes and workflows.
• Interact with multiple stakeholders (from different levels) and effectively present findings by exploiting visual displays of complex quantity information in a simplified way.
• Actively and proactively perform market/trend scouting to stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and techniques.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development

We would like you to bring along

• Experience in advanced data analytics/data science working with AI/ML or NLP.
• Skilled in applying algorithmic models and are well acquainted with the properties and limits of state-of-the-art models.
• Experience in validating the model results against the stated business objectives.
• Experience in Python Development
• Experienced in GenAI or NLP developments and preferably working with Langchain.
• Experience on AWS or Azure and on cloud technologies like AWS Sagemaker
• Experience in Agile software development methodologies.
• Strong mindset on the team results and achievements and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable analytics initiatives.
• Hands-on, proactive and have an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Fluent in english.
