Qualification- Diploma / Bachelor in HR .

Job Summary : -

Accountable for people results for restaurant(s) assigned.
Ensure Company Culture and Values are known, understood and lived by the Team. Protect, Nourish and Grow Team by implementing HRD and Training SOPs.
Support restaurant operation by working on actual stations whenever required but not more than 25% of the total time.
Required Knowledge-Human Resources Management, Administration, Basic Psychology, Basic Knowledge of Labor Laws of Country of Operations, Restaurant Operations.
